Taylor, Partition Referee, pursuant to an order of the Los Angeles County Superior Court: Street Address: 703-705 South Main Street, Burbank, CA 91506; Assessor’s Parcel Number: 2445-028-032; Legal Description: “LOTS 20 AND 21 OF TRACT NO. 7282, IN THE CITY OF BURBANK, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 112 PAGES 80 AND 81 OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.” (Hereinafter, the “Subject Property”.)
